EASY TO INSTALL - The doorway pull up bar comes with an assembly manual and an assembly tool, you can easily install and remove it. The length of the doorway pull up bar is 36.5", which fits any standard doorways width from 23"to 31", deep from 4.7" to 7.5". It attaches to the doorway using a lever, no drilling is required, and it won't damage the door.
